"If it's important to you, it's important to us."
Making the decision to seek treatment for a dermatologic condition, whether it's related to injury or disease, or whether it's an elective cosmetic treatment, can be difficult. Patients often put off the decision to call us based on concerns about cost, or discomfort, or because "it didn't seem significant enough to worry about."
That's why we want you to know – if you have a condition that concerns you, for whatever reason, and however 'small' you feel it is, please contact our office to schedule an appointment. Our highly-skilled doctors and clinical staff, alongside our excellent administrative team, are here to make sure you get the treatment you need or want (sometimes both!), and that your time in our office is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
We'll also work with you to ensure you get the most from your insurance benefits, and offer assistance and advice on any other financial issues that may arise as well.
When treated early, the vast majority of skin, hair and nail conditions are easily treatable. And if your condition requires more long-term or advanced care, you will find yourself in the hands of a team of doctors whose skills and expertise are world-class.
Remember, if it's important to you, it's important to us.
Sincerely,
The Staff of Charlotte Dermatology
