Dr. El-Gamal re-located to Charlotte in 2005 from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was the Director of Dermatologic Surgery at Indiana University from 2003 to 2005. His dermatologic interests are focused on skin cancer treatment and general dermatology.
Dr. El-Gamal was born in Cairo, Egypt and grew up in Minnesota. He has a wife and 2 children and enjoys fishing, camping, tennis, skiing and travel.
He joined Charlotte Dermatology in 2005.
